Director Customer´s Office (m/f/d)

Job duties and responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage a team of "Customer Champions" to create a deep customer understanding related to different customer personas
  • Leverage deep and up-to-date market knowledge, along with excellent influencing skills with peers and stakeholders, to drive customer-centricity and customer-focused decision-making throughout the global organization
  • Develop customer profiles and share them with all customer focused departments to support customer centricity within the organization.
  • Develop and implement tools and processes to understand customer needs
  • Collect insights from Strategic Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales and Local Marketing
  • Distinguish and design detailed personas and define customer group-specific marketing needs
  • Map and design customer journeys incl. pain points for identified personas
  • Conduct customer group segmentation and value proposition per group
  • Coordinate adaption of product marketing initiatives and content to customer group-specific requirements
  • Develop ideas to tailor initiatives and content further to customer group-specific needs, keeping up-to-date with market and customer developments

Your profile:
  • Master’s degree (MBA, Marketing etc.) or an equivalent combination of a bachelor’s degree and relevant experience
  • 8-10 years of relevant work experience in the field of Marketing
  • Understanding of different customer types and their respective needs
  • Broad and strategic view across medical specialties
  • Experience in the technical and disciplinary management of employees
  • Experience in project management
  • Great Communication & Teamwork skills 
  • High degree of self-initiative
  • Presentation & Priorization skills
  • Strong English skills
  • Willingness for travel approx. 30-50%
