Learning & Development Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
You will be responsible for initiating, developing, coordinating, and administrating global learning & development activities and projects.
 
  • Initiate and coordinate the development and implementation of training and learning programs, including the regular analysis of global and local learning needs
  • Coordinate and administrate global training and development programs
  • Advise, support and partner with HR Business Partners and our Business to assess strategic training and development needs and how to meet them
  • Identify, select, and manage external providers and accreditation bodies
    Curate learning content from external providers
  • Design and monitor training and development key performance indicators as well as define and implement improvement initiatives
  • Create reports related to learning activities and their impact
  • Ensure innovative, bench-strengths industry standards for global learning & development offerings and drive for continuous improvement
  • Monitor budget and expenses for training programs
  • Support the development and implementation of a corporate university
 
Your profile:
  • University degree in human resources management, organizational psychology, business administration, or related area
  • Hands on experience in designing and managing training and development processes
  • Confident appearance and experienced in target group-appropriate communication across all hierarchy levels, strong in stakeholder management
  • Knowledge and experience in innovating learning across digital, classroom, e-learning, coaching and wider blended learning and engagement solutions
  • Strong team player, who has fun achieving success in teams in combination with the ability to work independently
  • Previous experience with learning management systems – SuccessFactors Learning® would be beneficial
  • Experience of working in Manufacturing as well as in a global environment is required
  • Experience in project management, preferably in an international context
  • Fluency in English and German (business level), more languages desirable
  • Travel 20%
