- Initiate and coordinate the development and implementation of training and learning programs, including the regular analysis of global and local learning needs
- Coordinate and administrate global training and development programs
- Advise, support and partner with HR Business Partners and our Business to assess strategic training and development needs and how to meet them
- Identify, select, and manage external providers and accreditation bodies
Curate learning content from external providers - Design and monitor training and development key performance indicators as well as define and implement improvement initiatives
- Create reports related to learning activities and their impact
- Ensure innovative, bench-strengths industry standards for global learning & development offerings and drive for continuous improvement
- Monitor budget and expenses for training programs
- Support the development and implementation of a corporate university
- University degree in human resources management, organizational psychology, business administration, or related area
- Hands on experience in designing and managing training and development processes
- Confident appearance and experienced in target group-appropriate communication across all hierarchy levels, strong in stakeholder management
- Knowledge and experience in innovating learning across digital, classroom, e-learning, coaching and wider blended learning and engagement solutions
- Strong team player, who has fun achieving success in teams in combination with the ability to work independently
- Previous experience with learning management systems – SuccessFactors Learning® would be beneficial
- Experience of working in Manufacturing as well as in a global environment is required
- Experience in project management, preferably in an international context
- Fluency in English and German (business level), more languages desirable
- Travel 20%
